I made this move myself — the hard way.
More than a decade ago, I moved to the Palouse with no one to call.
I arrived with five kids, a new job already waiting, and a thousand questions no listing could answer. Which gyms had childcare so I could actually get a workout in. Whether the nearest Costco run was worth the drive. Who I could trust with my children while I found my footing in a place I'd never lived. I figured it out eventually — one wrong turn, one dead end, one late night at a time.
It worked out. But it was harder and lonelier than it ever needed to be, and I never forgot that feeling. Everything I learned the slow way is exactly what I now hand my clients on day one — so your move feels less like a leap into the unknown, and more like arriving somewhere a friend already saved you a seat.
That's the whole reason this exists. Not to find you a rental and disappear, but to make sure you land here knowing where things are, who to trust, and that someone in your corner has already walked the road ahead of you.
